Norman J. Speckmaier, B.Sc., started Delta Equities Ltd. in 1971. He has been in the real estate lending industry for over 35 years.
Shannon Rae, Norman's daughter, has been working with Norman for eight years.  She enjoys all aspects of being a mortgage broker.  Shannon is determined to find a lender for every borrower, no matter how tough the situation may look at the time!

We are a small, hard working, and honest team of mortgage professionals.  We handle all our deals with discretion and integrity.  Our professionalism is well known throughout the mortgage industry..

We are located in the Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver, B.C.
and have been here since our inception in 1971.

Our building has undergone many tranformations, however, we have never left!  Our address is :  201-2065 West 4th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C.  V6J 1N3.  We are on the north side of the street, between Maple and Arbutus.  Sophie's Cafe is on the North East corner, and we are about seven businesses down from the corner, and up the blue stairs to the second floor.
