How Much Does It Cost?

As mortgage professionals, also known as mortgage brokers, we work for you, and not the banks.

Therefore, we work with your best financial interests in mind.   From the first consultation to the signing of your mortgage, our services are free. 

Upon approval of your bank mortgage, the banks pay us a "finder's fee" for doing all the work for them and bringing them the client's application in a nice package that we have placed in the right product line.

A fee is charged for only for the most challenging credit solutions, and it is especially under those circumstances that a mortgage professional can do for you what your bank cannot do. 

If you are in foreclosure, have some spots on your credit, or are self-employed and the banks say you cannot afford a mortgage that you know you can, then we are here to help you!  In these cases, we charge a fee for our services, as there is no bank nor lender paying us.
